🚚 Shipping Policy and Procedures Order

Are processed and shipped within 4 to 6 business days from the date the order is placed.

Once shipped, you can contact us if you have any inquiries or issues related to your shipment.

Order Inspection Upon Delivery (Opening the Order) Customers are allowed to open the package and inspect the contents while the delivery agent is present.

In the event the customer chooses not to receive the order for any reason after opening/inspecting it, the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping fees only.


🔄 Returns and Exchanges (Size Issues)

We understand that sizing can be tricky. Here is our policy regarding size-related issues:

- You must request the exchange or return within 48 hours from the time you receive your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.


Process and Fees

To initiate a size exchange or return, please contact us immediately with your order number.
If you request an exchange or return due to a size issue, you will be required to pay the shipping fees again (covering the cost of returning the item and/or shipping the new item).

Trying the Product Upon Delivery

You are allowed to try the product upon delivery.
If you do not wish to accept the product, you may return the entire package and pay the applicable shipping fees.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be initiated to your original method of payment (excluding shipping costs already incurred).
